I actually moved into Leisure World, which I have come to know is a world in its own. He is very knowledgeable with that area. While I do understand that he is in Seal Beach, where the prices are much higher than where I was purchasing, I never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much of his time. He treated me just as if I was purchasing a multimillion dollar home. I would not only recommend him for anyone purchasing within Leisure World, but I would definitely recommend him just in general as your broker. He is very thorough, always available to answer questions, and is there for you. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end!
